Dahulu kala, ada seorang gadis tidak bahagia yang tinggal bersama dengan ayahnya, ibu tiri, dan dua saudara perempuan tirinya. Dia dipaksa untuk kerja keras seharian dan tidur di lantai yang dingin dekat perapian sepanjang malam dan itulah kenapa dia dikenal sebagai Cinderella. Suatu hari, sebuah undangan tiba, mengundang setiap orang untuk sebuah pesta dansa agung yang menarik dalam kehormatan pangeran. Setiap orang meninggalkan Cinderella di belakang, sedih dan sendiri.

Tiba-tiba seorang peri muncul. Dia mendandani Cinderella dalam gaun yang indah, mengubah labu menjadi kereta, dan tikus-tikus menjadi kuda-kuda. Jadi pergilah Cinderella ke istana.

Ketika Pangeran melihatnya, dia memintanya untuk berdansa dan akan dansa tanpa dengan yang lain sepanjang malam.

Akan tetapi, saat tengah malam, Cinderella lari dari pangeran tetapi dia kehilangan satu dari sepatunya. Pangeran mencari pemilik sepatu itu.

Akhirnya dia menemukan Cinderella dan mereka hidup dengan bahagia selamanya.
